COURSE DESCRIPTION: In this Cummins Medium Duty engine training class, students will be instructed in theory and hands-on operation for troubleshooting of the Engine Control System, Aftertreatment System, Fuel System and proper repair procedures on the Cummins EPA 2010-2017 ISB/ISC/ISL 2250 & 2350 Engine family, while learning the differences between engines. Hotel & Lunch are included.
COURSE OBJECTIVES: After completing this Cummins Medium Duty engine training class, the Technician will be able to demonstrate the use of QuickServe, Insite and troubleshooting and repair procedures for the Aftertreatment, Fuel System and Electronic Controls associated with the ISB/ISC/ISL engines. Company or Technician laptops are welcome.

LOCATION: ETT Training Center
TRITECH Expert Technician Training Center is in New Braunfels, TX, while the San Antonio, TX airport (SAT) is 35.5 miles from training center and the Austin, TX airport (AUS) is 47 miles from ETT training center. Please plan on arriving the Monday prior to class starting on Tuesday and departing Fridays 3:00pm or after.
Technicians must bring appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety shoes, eye protection and ear protection. All safety procedures and warnings must be followed. High pressure fuel and temperature warning. Exposure to rotating components. Always watch out for each other and if see any liquid spills, please clean up immediately. (See attached Covid-19 protocol when registering for class).
