COURSE DESCRIPTION

In this Cummins engine training class, on the ISX15 and X15, students will be instructed in theory and hands-on operation for troubleshooting of the Engine Control Systems, Aftertreatment Systems, Fuel Systems and repair procedures on the Cummins Engine EPA 2010-2017 ISX15 2250 and 2350 and X15 Cummins Engine family. Additionally, Hotel and Lunch are included.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

After completing the Cummins engine training class, on the ISX15 and X15 engine, technicians will demonstrate the use of QuickServe, Insite, and troubleshooting procedures for the Aftertreatment, Fuel and Electronic Controls Systems associated with the Cumming ISX15 and X15 engine.

LOCATION: ETT Training Center

TRITECH Expert Technician Training Center is in New Braunfels, TX, while the San Antonio, TX airport (SAT) is 35.5 miles from training center and the Austin, TX airport (AUS) is 47 miles from ETT training center. Please plan on arriving the Monday prior to class starting on Tuesday and departing Fridays 3:00pm or after.

New Braunfels is Centrally located between Austin and San Antonio and is best known for the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers, great food, live music and the nearby Gruene Historic District.

SAFETY FIRST

Technicians must bring appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety shoes, eye protection and ear protection. All safety procedures and warnings must be followed. High pressure fuel and temperature warning. Exposure to rotating components. Always watch out for each other and if see any liquid spills, please clean up immediately.
