“Although we have only had their Jaltest laptop and support services a few months, we have been extremely impressed. Features like, troubleshooting trees, wire schematics and TRITECH call center, especially impressed me! The on-call technicians that we have dealt with have been eager to help, remarkably knowledgeable and tremendously patient. Highly recommended.”

“During a visit by TRITECH reps I tried their equipment and software on one of my trucks. I was impressed. The reps were willing to come back when I had more trucks. They were professional, flexible, and took the time to understand our needs. Their knowledge of trucks, and their software sealed the deal. Tritech is proving to be a business service that was worth the investment.”

“TRITECH, very fast and friendly service from a knowledgeable technician that understood me. He guided me through software problems I was having. The tech gave me the correct directions to repair the truck. Worth the money to have the system. Thank you TRITECH for what you guys do!”

“Our technicians are very pleased with the performance of the hardware and programs. Your staff has been readily available, qualified, very knowledgeable and helpful. Your staff goes the extra mile by calling to follow up with our techs. Very pleased with the Toughbook, Jaltest and TriTech support. I would highly recommend your services to anyone in the industry.”
